Gather ingredients.

Before you begin, let the cream cheese sit out for about 45 minutes. This way it is easier to mix in with the other ingredients.

First, grind up the Oreos. Preferably in a food processor. If you need to use a blender, then only put one row of Oreos in at a time to prevent the blender from breaking.

When you finish grinding up the Oreos, add the cream cheese. Cut it into pieces to make it easier to mix in.

The end result should look like this.

Then roll the cream cheese Oreo mixture into little balls that are about one tablespoon.

After they are rolled into balls, let them harden in the fridge for about a half an hour. Since it's so cold outside, I'm just letting them sit outside for about 15 to 20 minutes.

While the Oreo balls cool, melt the chocolate wafers in a double boiler. If you don't have one, microwave the wafers for about 30 seconds then stir and repeat until the wafers are thoroughly melted.

Once the balls are completely cooled, it's time to dip them in chocolate.

As a result, they should look like this.

After all the truffles have been coated in chocolate, let them cool down until the chocolate is completely hardened.

Voilà! The truffles are ready for eating. Enjoy! <3
